How I handle inquiries and client files
I use only the information needed to answer your inquiry, discuss a possible assignment and complete agreed work. My professional email address is not displayed publicly; form inquiries are delivered privately.
Inquiry information
The details you choose to provide are used to understand your request, prepare a quote and discuss possible work. This can include your name, email address, project details, approximate image volume, preferred deadline and a reference link. The information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Delivery of form inquiries
The website hosting and email delivery services process the information needed to transmit your inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment details, confidential source files or links to them in the form.
Form security
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the website address for this check. Your inquiry text is not sent to Turnstile.
Retention and your rights
Inquiry details are kept only while needed for the conversation, an active assignment, or reasonable business and legal records. After I reply, you can request correction or deletion through our private conversation.
Client files and portfolio use
Photographs and project materials are handled only for the agreed culling or retouching work. Clients share source files through their own cloud storage; I deliver finished files through Google Drive. Client images are not published without permission. Public website images contain no location or other hidden identifying metadata, and search engines are instructed not to index them.
Analytics and cookies
The website does not use advertising trackers. If privacy-focused aggregate analytics or other optional tracking is introduced after launch, this notice will be updated first.
This notice describes the current website and working process. It will be updated before any new analytics, storage or delivery service is introduced.
